Hi,

I’m sadly moving area and my tenancy is coming to an end here.

The flat is in Queens Brewery Court which is a converted brewery and has loads of character and a gorgeous courtyard.

The tenancy can start in July and will be £522.50 (per person per month) for 12 months. The landlord is super nice and hasn’t raised the rent this year!

The other bedroom has an en-suite so the bathroom would be your own.

Bills tend to come to about £152 - £190
Rent is £522.50 pcm
Parking is available without extra cost and is gated

You would be sharing with my lovely flatmate who is 28. She is friendly, inclusive and easy to get on with. She works full and does classes after work so is out and about often.

You would be sharing with her sweet little cat who is house trained and very well behaved.

3 bus stops within a couple of mins walking distance for access to town / chorlton. Short journey into town (10 - 15 mins)

Asda hulme / Tesco express a few minutes down the road.

There is one parking space allocated which we share and the other of us will park in another space (there are plenty of flats without cars so it has never been an issue finding a space)
