Subletting an accommodation at Parkway Gate, a student apartment in Manchester.
I'm planning to move to another place, so I want to sublet this apartment.

Lease Term: From April to September 2025. Available for students.

Facilities: It's an ensuite room with brand-new facilities. The bathroom in the room has a separated wet and dry area.
There are only two units per elevator, so it's very convenient to take the elevator up and down without having to wait. The public area is quite large, equipped with an induction cooker, a microwave oven, and an oven. There are also two large refrigerators.
Bills are included, and free Wi-Fi is provided. The reception desk can collect parcels on your behalf. There is a laundry room, and facilities like the gym, billiard room, and study room can be used for free. There is a 24-hour reception desk and multiple access control systems, ensuring safety and security.

Transportation: It's only a 10-minute walk from both the University of Manchester and the city center. Supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, La Meizi, and Oseyo are just a 5-minute walk away. The Oxford Road Station is a 7-minute walk away. It's extremely convenient for going to school and daily life.
