Sir Charles Groves Hall student accommodation – it’s a studio, super convenient to go anywhere. Just a 2-minute walk to the University of Manchester and 10 minutes to the train station. I'm offering it for £210 per week (you won’t find a cheaper studio in Manchester, and I’m open to a bit of negotiation). Both the rent and the lease term are flexible – we’ll go through the official contract.
