About me:
I'm a Graphic Designer and Marketer that works in the office 4 days a week. Generally I like to live quietly and cleanly in the week and enjoy hosting people for dinner and parties over the weekend. Cleaning-wise I am quite laid back, keeping on top of things every other day.

I enjoying collecting records, cooking, watching old films and playing computer games.

My boyfriend generally visits over the weekend.

About the flat:

All bills are included with the rent, including additional heating over the winter (go nuts).

Your room:
Good sized (3mx3.4m) double bedroom. Comes unfurnished, however a desk and wardrobe can be include if needed. I can also provide a bed if needed. Independently controlled underfloor heating. Gets plenty of morning light. Nice view of Birley Bridge and green courtyard. Plenty of plugs for electronics.

Living room:
Nicely decorated with plenty of plants, art and morning light. Dining table to cosily seat four people, plus one at either end at a squeeze. Good quality TV with sound bar for films, gaming and listening to music. Technic 1200s and a record collection if you're into vinyls or DJing.

Kitchen:
Nicely presented and well equipped with dishwasher and ample cupboard and fridge/freezer space.

Bathroom:
While not an en-suite you'll have sole access to this to keep your toiletries. Good pressure and temp on the shower.
