This 2 bed flat is located in Hulme, but just beside Deansgate and you’ll be living with me.

It’s available from July 24th, but can be made earlier dependent on how quick things go through.

The bedroom is fair and has a heater and gets warm quickly. It has a decent space for cooking & watching TV (but it does need to be made more homely).

Oxford Road station is 6-8 minute walk
Canal St is 12-15 min walk
Piccadilly Gardens/Arndale is 15 minute walk

• This is a no smoking property (I do not smoke or vape)
• This property is STRICTLY not for drug users

I am a sociable person and would like any potential housemate to be a friend also amd preferably LGBT+ like myself.

Rent: £510pcm (this I think is very reasonable)
Bills: TBC (prob £100 each)
