Large Double Bedroom close to city!

Hi all, my current flatmate is moving out at the end of august due to family matters and our current contract doesn't end until the end of Feb so I'm looking someone to take over her tenancy from the start of September.

This ad is for a house in Hulme just a 2-minute walk from Asda and a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that has great transport links throughout Manchester.
You will be getting the larger double bedroom in the house (please note the desk and desk chair are the current housemates so will not be here upon move in). We have a larger communal living/dining room, a shared bathroom and kitchen and a nice little back garden.

The cost of rent is currently £550 and council tax and bills accumulate to no more than £150 a month.

A little bit about me, I am originally from Ireland but moved over here almost 5 years ago. I am a young professional who works full time, and currently work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. I'm really friendly and always up for a good yap however after a long day of work i do like some me time to recharge. I'm a clean and tidy housemate.

What im looking for in a housemate is someone friendly, who I get along with who's tidy.
