I'm looking for someone to take over my place in a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom house share with three PhD students at the University of Manchester. They’ll be moving in on August 15th for a 12-month fixed-term contract, and you would join from September 15th on an 11-month fixed-term contract.

Rent is approximately £500/month, but may vary slightly depending on how room rates are decided after the first month.

The property is is fully furnished and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. It is managed by George Adams Estate Agents.
