Double en suite room near university of Manchester

Hi, I’m Lea and I'm looking for a lodger to share my flat.

The flat is duplex with two bedrooms and a roof terrace upstairs and a living room and kitchen downstairs.

The flat is right by the University of Manchester, next to the university library and minutes from Oxford Road.

The room has its private bathroom (en-suite); it has a double bed, a desk and open wardrobe and direct access to a roof terrace. The living room, kitchen and terraced are shared.

I’m a 2nd year neuroscience student and am looking for someone easy-going and sociable but who also values their own space.

Utility bills are included but not council tax. There is no parking.
Available around mid to late September (the flat is being refurbished).
