Spare double room available in Hulme, Manchester from January 2026, but might be available from December 2025 if needed.

The flat is in a great central location, very close to campus and within easy reach of everything you need. It’s very well connected, with bus stops just around the corner, train stations nearby, and walking distance to the universities and the city centre.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a nice kitchen, bathroom and living area. The available room is furnished and now also includes a desk, making it suitable for working or studying from home. There’s also free secure parking in the building.

You’d be sharing with a 38-year-old male lecturer at MMU. We’re both easygoing, clean and respectful, and we take good care of the flat. The building is quiet and relaxed, and we’re looking for someone who fits that vibe.
We like music, videogames and a calm atmosphere at home. It’s totally fine to have friends over sometimes, as long as the place stays comfortable and chill. No parties in the flat, just a friendly and welcoming space to live.

We’d prefer another professional, but PhD students will also be considered.

Rent is £550 per month plus bills, which usually come to around £650–£700 in total. The contract runs until the end of July 2026, so ideally you’d be able to stay until then.
