Hello!
Looking for a woman or LGBT+ person to let this double room in a homely, quiet 4-bed house in Hulme.
I'm the current tenant and am only moving out as I've had a change of plans and am moving back to London.
There are four of us in the house, me, plus two PhD students and a Master's student- everybody is very friendly, clean and gets along well, but this is not a party house.
You would be on the top floor (2nd floor) with an ensuite, a large wardrobe, a desk and chair (different from pictured), and a large chest of drawers. The house has a shared kitchen with a washer-dryer, two large storage cupboards, and a small living room. We also have space to store bicycles inside and there is free, gated parking in a carpark directly behind the house, which is great!
There is also a garden, which we are currently working on tidying up!
The tenancy is for an initial period until August 31st 2026, but you can renew it after this time. Move-in dates can be flexible.
