Room Available in Hulme

We have one of two rooms available in Hulme. The price of rent will vary by around ~£50 pcm as one room is smaller than the other (both photographed) so it is up to you whether you'd prefer a small, cheaper room or a larger more expensive one. The bathroom shown will be shared with one of the other tenants, but there are three toilets in the property. Bills are not included, but round out to around £150~£200 pcm. We're in a three story, new town house located at around 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Manchester.

We are two very friendly, sociable, tidy and respectful friends in our late 20s/early 30s (one office manager and one hotel manager). We love convening in the living room in the evening to chat (and watch a lot of Traitors). We love music, films and plenty of trashy TV. We both love heading into town for drinks and dinner.
