Double Room with Own Bathroom in Modern 2-Bed Flat

My lovely flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to move in around January 2026 (exact date TBC) and share this gorgeous little flat with me.

The flat is a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment just a minute’s walk from the Cornbrook tram stop, which makes getting into the city super easy. It has a bright open-plan living room and kitchen with a washer dryer, balcony, and access to some amazing building facilities including a rooftop terrace with a gym, running track, lounge/workspace, and studio. There are also coffee machines, regular community events, a 24-hour concierge, and gated parking available for a monthly fee if you need a space.

The room available is a fully furnished double with a built-in wardrobe, double bed, and bedside tables. You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

Rent is £750 per month plus £17.50 for broadband. Other bills aren’t included, but I’m happy to go over those when we chat.

A little about me: I’m a working professional who sometimes works from home, but I’m usually out and about in the building’s workspaces or in the city. I’m pretty laid-back, tidy, and love keeping the flat feeling cosy and calm. I’m definitely a bit of a homebody – I love nights in cooking something tasty, watching a good movie, and having an early night. But I also love a wholesome weekend – think Sunday walks and roasts, pottery painting, shopping trips, or dinner and drinks with the girls.

I’m really hoping to find someone similar - someone kind, respectful, and fun, who wants a lovely, clean home and maybe even a new bestie as well as a flatmate! This isn’t a crazy party flat, but you’re always welcome to have friends over, host and make it feel like your home too, as long as we’re both considerate of each other.
