I am moving in with my boyfriend so I no longer need to rent the room. The flat is lovely, very close to the city centre and near two universities in Manchester. The bedroom is big and so as the bathroom. The rent is cheaper than other flats in similar area. You can extend the tenancy with the landlord if you would like to stay for longer. The flatmate is lovely, he is doing a placement at university, so it is a quiet household. It is close to many shops (supermarkets), buses and 10 mins walk to the Deansgate Castlefield station.
