Double Ensuite Bedroom

My current flatmate is looking to move out. Looking for someone fun and friendly. Kitchen and living space is shared so need someone who is clean and respectful. I am a friendly person, i like going out but not all the time. I enjoy gaming in my room. I am a second year university student. I enjoy making new friends and doing new activities. The flat is above a supermarket. It is near hulme park, there is bus stops 2 minutes from the flat that go into city centre or there is a tram 10 mins walk from the flat. I will be pet sitting my family members dog, he is a one year old cockapoo. The area is calm and quiet, however they are doing some construction on the building. Bills not included in rent.
