I have a spare room in my flat I am seeking to let out to a like minded individual.
It is a double room, on the fourth floor of my building with exceptional views over Manchester City Centre. The room is furnished and has an en suite shower room.
The living space is cosy and relaxed, and well stocked with books and records! The kitchen is of a reasonable size, with a washing machine and dishwasher.
I've lived alone for just over a year, but am now looking for a flatmate. I work in the charity/education sector, and work from home probably 3 or 4 days a week.
I am a decent cook, and on weekdays usually exercise (running, spinning, yoga or gym), eat and relax either by reading, gaming or watching TV. At weekends I keep myself busy seeing friends, eating out, going to pubs/bars and occasionally going out clubbing.
Looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going who’d enjoy a comfortable, well-kept flat. Preferably not too distant in age from me, and ideally someone LGBT.
