Two sisters 22 and 20 seek a female lodger to share our flat in Hulme. We are sociable and relaxed so we require someone that is also sociable but clean and respectful of the space. The flat is close to MMU accommodations and is an easy 15 min walk to Oxford Road where both MMU and UoM buildings are situated. There is also a bus stop in front of the flat for a direct route to Uni buildings and city centre which is also accessible by foot.

Shared communal facilities include, use of open plan living room and kitchen area and a balcony at the end of the living room. The balcony has views over gated grounds which we have access to. There is also a sheltered bike rack in that courtyard.

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and storage. U-shaped kitchen features oven, electric hob, fridge- freezer, storage cupboards, and a washing machine.

All rooms have a hard floor for ease of maintenance and cleaning.

My sister and I are relaxed and enjoy socialising - we also are clean and respectful so we are looking for someone similar who is clean and respectful, that loves a night in but also likes going out. I am a student at UoM and MMU (Architecture courses are shared between the two unis) and my sister is a professional chef who will soon be starting a new role at a fine dining restaurant. Hopefully she’ll bring back treats ;) Were 20 and 22. Lodgers of any age are fine as long as you are up for a laugh. Also we have a little hamster called boba so you’d have to be okay with that :) - there are pictures of his set up included.
