Room with Ensuite available in Hulme

Hi, one of our flatmates is moving out December 1st, so we’re ideally looking for someone to move in around that time and take over her tenancy. The contract ends on June 30th 2026 but there is always the possibility to prolong. The flat is a duplex and located in Hulme near the big Asda. We’ve got a big shared living area as well as two balconies (one of them is communal). There’s two bathrooms overall, one of them in the room being rented out and one that is shared by us current flatmates.

The room has a double bed and comes furnished. There is a balcony door which accesses the communal balcony that is also accessible from the living room.

The location is incredibly convenient as there are regular busses to Piccadilly with the bus stop being right outside the building. The Deansgate tram stop is about a 20min walk away. There is currently some construction going on in the building but that will be finished early 2026 and the scaffolding should come down by the end of December.

We are two 23y/o women and are looking for a third woman to join us. Ann’s a student and works and I’ve just finished my Master’s this year and am working pretty much full time at the moment. I would really like someone to move in that we can be mates with and also hang out with in the flat:) Always up to go to the pub or on a night out but also to have some chill evenings in:) Just want the flat to be a nice environment where we can also help each other out if needed!

The rent is £565pcm excluding bills and Council Tax band C.
