New Medlock House

Room available- New Medlock House (MMU accommodation)- Tenancy from January.
I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at New Medlock House from January. New Medlock house is right in the heart of the MMU campus and just a 15 minute walk from the centre and a 10 minute walk from a tram stop and train station.
It is a private halls, owned and managed by unite students. It is a shared flat with 8 fantastic flat mates who are a pleasure to live with. Flatmates are both female and male. Shared bathrooms and kitchen. The bedroom contains a 3/4 bed, a desk, a chair, good storage space, and a sink. First third of rent has already been covered. The remaining rent is £3168 in January and a further £1584 in April. The room is available as soon as someone can move in.
