Room Available in 3B3B Flat – Near MMU & UoM (Replacement Tenant)

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room as I will be leaving Manchester due to academic reasons.

🏠 The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom flat, with three private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and a washing machine. Everything is already set up, so you can move in with just your luggage.

📍 The flat is located in a safe and quiet student area of Manchester, only a 2-minute walk to Manchester Metropolitan University and around a 10-minute walk to the University of Manchester. A bus stop is right outside the building, making it very convenient to travel to the city centre or large supermarkets. There is also a restaurant (Azuma) on the ground floor.

👥 You will be sharing the flat with two Chinese students (siblings) who are both studying Economics at the University of Manchester. The sister is a second-year student and the brother is in his first year. They are quiet, clean, and easy to live with, making the flat ideal for someone who prefers a calm and study-friendly environment.

🏛️💷 Council Tax:
Students preferred, as full-time students are council tax exempt.
Non-students will need to pay 75% of Band C council tax (Single Person Discount).

💷 Bills:
Water and internet have already been paid for the entire tenancy.
You will only need to pay electricity, shared equally among the three tenants.
