- One single room (used as a guest room and for storage)
- Communal bathroom with a bath and shower.
- Communal living-room, kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating and space (a sofa, two small cushioned seats and three medium - large coffee tables . As well as 4 dining chairs and a dining table.
- Washing Machine & Dryer
Building Amenities:
- On the top floor of a small 3-storey block of flats.
- A fob system for the doors to enter and exit the building.
- An intercom system that allows you to open the door and speak to visitors/delivery drivers from your phone.
- One parking space included with the rent.
Your Room:
- Double Bed
- Large Wardrobe
- Small Bedside Table & Lamp
- Electric Heater
Location: Stretford Road, Hulme, Manchester.
- There are several shops within 5-15 minutes walking distance or by bus including; Morrisons, Co-op, Asda, B&M…
- Manchester City Centre is a 20/25-minute walk (I take it most days to work!) or a 10-minute bus to Piccadilly.
- There are several bus stops nearby with buses coming every 10/15 minutes. Main routes to Piccadilly, Salford and Trafford.
- There are also several pharmacies nearby and GPs as well as a Post Office all within a 10/15-minute walk.
Bills are not included in the rent and total around £200 each. This includes: Council Tax (Band A), Wifi, Energy & Water.
The Letting Agency & Landlord are super helpful and responsive. They have a portal where you can access all the relevant flat documents and report any maintenance issues with the flat (which they deal with promptly).
**Applicants must have a guarantor earning 30x the rent annually (Around £30,000 per year) **
