Room available in cosy flat close to town

We’re looking for a new female flatmate for our flat in Hulme, M15 5FE, moving in start of August. We’re 2 girls, both 25 who work full time. We have a super cosy flat with a lovely balcony that overlooks the gardens below. It’s a 15 - 20 min walk to the centre of town and a 10 min walk to Deansgate station. We’re looking for someone nice who we’ll get along with, and that is happy to share cleaning as we prefer a bit of a tidier, calm space. We both work late so will usually be home late but and do keep it quiet although we do have the occasional drink after work. We need someone by the end of the month so we can start the guarantor checks etc with our letting agent, so we’re doing viewings all through January. Virtual viewings can also be done too.
