Looking for room mates in massive flat in Hulme!

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy young professional to move into my flat, as my previous flatmate has recently moved out.
The flat is mostly furnished already, you’d just need furniture for your bedroom and anything personal you’d like to bring. Bills are split evenly. I believe deposit is 5 weeks rent. (We’ll check that though)
The flat has:
• A huge balcony
• Underfloor heating
• Plenty of kitchen storage
• Washer
• Two bathrooms
• Great transport links nearby
• Around a 15-minute walk into town

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who works full-time so we both have our own space and routine, but who’s also up for a chat now and then.
A bit about me: I’m queer, sociable, love cooking, and enjoy gaming. I’m easygoing and would love to live with someone who’s just generally nice and respectful.
