Looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in a cosy, fully furnished, easy-going 3-bed house just 30 seconds away from Hulme High St. Very close to bus stops, starling bike access, and a 20 minute walk into the city centre. About a 5 minute walk from Asda, B&M, KFC, and other shops.
The house has plenty of natural light, large living room, a nice kitchen, small courtyard space and a parking spot. The double bedroom has lots of space, with a desk and wardrobe. It’s on the first floor and shares a large bathroom with one other person.
Bills come to around £130 including gas, electric, water, wifi and council tax (band C).
You’ll be sharing with two chilled guys who keep the house tidy and are respectful of shared spaces. We're two professionals 23 and 25, so ideally someone close to that range. We both enjoy cooking, playing sports, gym, football, watching films and shows and going out for food/drinks.
Room will be available end of March.
