Hi, I need to move out ASAP and need someone to replace my current tenancy until 28th March (2 months tenancy).

We’re looking for a girl who will stay with my lovely female flatmate in her mid 20s. We’re looking for someone tidy, clean, loves to socialise, but respectful of personal boundary.

This property is part of Council Tax Band B.

2B2B flat so you will have your own bathroom.

Very prime location
- 5 mins walk from university
- 15 mins walk from train stations and city centre
- Bus stop right in front of our building

Our flat is on the ground floor so very convenient to move stuffs in.

Rent is paid on monthly basis (every 28th of the month). You’re welcome to extend the contract after 28th of March.

You can move in as soon as possible, preferably on 2nd February.
