I'm moving out in May and looking for someone to replace me for the last two months of the tenancy and then renew the tenancy with my other housemates in July.
We are looking from a friendly, tidy, chilled person to join the house.
The house is a furnished three floor town house on a quiet road in Hulme with a drive to park a car. It has a large kitchen and separate living room. My room is on the top floor and the bathroom is shared with two of my housemates.
Bills cost £150 per month
