I'm moving out the house in May to go travelling and looking for a new housemate to replace me.
The room is on the top floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and a desk if required.
We live in a furnished 4 bedroom Townhouse on a quiet road in Hulme.
The house features a drive for off road parking. It has a large kitchen, separate living room, two bathrooms and a small garden.
Bills are ~ £150 per month
My housemates, Andie (26), AJ (28) and Louise (39) are friendly, chilled and tidy. We often hang out together, chatting in the kitchen and watching tv together in the evenings. We have a range of hobbies from going to gigs, hiking, climbing, yoga, cooking, eating out and travelling. We all love a good holiday!
