Looking for a peaceful place to call home this summer? We have one room available in our fully furnished 3BHK house from May 1st to August 15th (with a possible extension of contract!).
The Room: A cozy, well-lit 2.5m x 2m space with a single bed, wardrobe, shelving, and a dedicated study area with a rolling chair. We’re happy to leave the furniture in or clear it out if you have your own!
Kitchen: Microwave, air fryer, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, and an electric dryer.
Living Space: Comfortable sofa, coffee table, and dining set.
Outdoors: Small front garden and a backyard—perfect for summer!
Perks: Dedicated parking space available.
Rent: Fixed (paid directly to landlord), deposit is 574 pounds.
Bills: Shared equally among housemates.
Legal: Full contract transfer into your name for peace of mind.
Housemates: Currently, both housemates are female professionals, so we would prefer a female tenant to take over.
