A single room is available in Hulme for a short-term let, from now until 14th August - potential for long term. I’ll be moving to Australia on that date and a larger room may become available.
The flat is in an ideal location with easy access to the city centre.
My brother and I have lived here together for nearly six years and have had several tenants over that time, so we’re very used to sharing the space. I work at MMU and my brother works for TUI, and we’re both out of the house most of the day. I also play netball a few times a week, and we’re often out at events or away at weekends.
The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen, so we’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. It’s definitely not a party house, although we may occasionally have a friend over or my boyfriend staying.
