Student Flat For Rent - Tenancy Takeover

This is a student flat in student accommodation available to rent. I am leaving for an internship and therefore need to move out early. You would need to take over the tenancy until 18th July. The bedroom comes with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. As it is only a 2 bedroom flat, the bedroom is very large. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. This is shared with one other girl who is also a student. This is only available for students who study at Manchester Metropolitan University. The accommodation itself is very secure, with 24/7 security.
