About the Home

The flat is a clean, comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet, well-maintained building. One male professional tenant currently lives in the property, and I'm looking for a considerate housemate who will enjoy a clean, peaceful and respectful home.

The location is excellent for Manchester city centre, Manchester Royal Infirmary, MMU and local amenities, with excellent bus links nearby. There is also an allocated parking space.

Who I'm Looking For

Ideally, someone who is working or studying, respectful of shared spaces and looking for a comfortable home rather than simply somewhere to stay.
