Room to sublet (2 rooms for price of 1)

I have my current rooms available to sublet from the end of June - 24th August (potential to extend as one housemate is staying).
It’s a great location, 15mins from the city centre and 5mins from a retail park with a gym! The house is also in a really quiet area and is tucked away between terraced houses.
There are 2 rooms, one with the a double bed and mini wardrobe.
The other room has a desk, chest of drawers and another small wardrobe (happy to leave the cloths rail in there if you would like).
It’s a shared house mixed with a group of lovely full time students (some on placement).
1 toilet downstairs and a shared bathroom with shower upstairs.
Bills aren’t included but are usually around £60 per month!
Appliances- washer/dryer, oven and air fryer.
