Flat at the bailey city road available to rent

I will be moving back in with family and would like someone to replace me as a tenant. There is already a tenant in the other room of this 2 bed apartment, she is a student and a good friend of mine. The flat is super spacious, clean and a good location. My room available for rent is also really spacious and has a beautiful view! I am ideally looking for a female to replace me, someone nice, respectful and clean. Keep in mind the room costs 600 per month, but that’s without bills, i can transfer the bills onto your name once moved in and that is 152 per month which includes water, electricity and wifi (everything needed and there’s no cap)!
