Double room available near Hulme Park

We are looking for a new housemate in our property oppposite Hulme Park. We are two 25 year-olds who enjoy outdoor recreation and a (more than) occasional trip to the pub. One of us works full-time, mostly from home, whilst the other will be starting a Master's degree in August.

We would ideally be looking for another professional or postgrad student to join the tenancy, but we're open to people who do not fit this criteria: the most important thing to us is that you are willing to socialise, as we have a big friendship group based in and around Manchester and we tend to host our get-togethers.

The available room is a spacious double on the ground floor, although we would be willing to discuss swapping rooms with one of the existing tenants to take the double en-suite on the upper floor. There is (free) permit parking for residents around the block - both of us drive and have never had any issues finding parking nearby. The house is within a 10-minute walk of Hulme Asda and a 20-minute walk/cycle of the city centre.

We have attached photos of the property from when it was listed on Rightmove before the start of our tenancy. The front room (with the map on the wall) has been converted into the double room that we are offering. We have also attached pictures of the en-suite if you want to discuss swapping rooms with an existing tenant.
