Hi! I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at Denmark Road student accommodation (under Sanctuary Students), for 6 weeks. Rate is £222.50/week (listed 223 cause I couldn't add decimal points).
Duration : 14th of July to the 24th of August
The only requirement is that you are a student (as it is in a student accom). Council tax is not required.
Very close to UoM (<10 minute-walk), supermarkets and eateries
Also included : 24/7 reception, security, utility bills, wifi, common rooms, 24/7 laundry, letterbox room, bike storage area
Parking included for residents with mobility impairments
