Room in flat

Hey,

I have a spare room available in my flat as my flat mate is moving down south.

It’s a two bed flat, and a shared bathroom, with a balcony. The flat has a parking space in the car park as well as a visitor permit for the on street parking if you have guests.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Deansgate tram and a 15 minute walk from Oxford road station. The flat is also in walking distance to the canals.

I have lived here for nearly two years now! I like the area as there are good amenities around and it’s close to the city centre.

I’m 29 and work full time and looking to also find another young professional (preferably female). I’m originally from Newcastle but lived in Manchester nearly 4 years now.

I do enjoy going out for a coffee, brunch, trying new places to eat but I’m pretty much down for anything! And do enjoy watching Netflix in the living room.
