Needing a flat mate by this fri or early next week

Hi, I am sociable, outgoing person that has just moved to manchester and would like to meet and live with a like minded person. I am considerate and understand people need chill out time when they are at work in the week, but I love weekends and would like some one who thinks the same. I would have no problem with my flat mate having people round at the weekends for drinks! I may not be there all the time as I have tend to go out to my other friends houses and road trips quite often. Anyway, if you think you sound like a similar person I have a room ready to go! p. s I like living in a clean apartment, so no slobs!! :-P

I will need one months rent in advance
