6th floor 2 bed flat, 2 mins from Deansgate Locks. Relatively quiet despite location. Your room would be the 2nd bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, tall chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. No tv aerial in room but tv in lounge.

You have access to the main bathroom, with bath and shower, mine being the en-suite. Flat has washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and broadband.

Rent split equal 425 each plus bills on top, council tax, water, broadband and tv licence (around 535 PCM in total depending on the electricity bill). All bills split equally and both names to be added to bills. Car parking space is available.

I relocated to the area about a year ago for work and I am looking for a new flatmate as unfortunately my current flatmate is moving in back home to save money. I'm a professional working in central Manchester. I work long hours so looking for a similar non-smoking professional FEMALE who is clean and tidy and just generally a nice person to get along with. You would need to be considerate in terms of having quiet nights during the week but it would be nice to go out and have a laugh on weekends. After sharing multiple student flats I'm also slightly anal with cleaning, and would like someone similar who keeps the place tidy.

I'm into the gym and fitness, sports, cinema, rnb hip hop music, cooking and the big bang theory. I'm ideally looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as a flatmates, who wants to explore and socialise together and can sit with a cup of tea and chat after a hard days work.
