I am a university student looking for a student or young professional to move in around June.

The location of the property is just off deansgate locks. Prime location and fantastic transport links.

£400 rent which does not include bills (approx amount a month £60-£90 for electric, water and broadband)

The flat is fully furnished. Double bed and your own main bathroom.

I love spending evenings in watching TV as well as going out now and again (everyone deserves a night out to let their hair loose after a long week)! :)

I would like someone who's not just going to be a flat mate but someone who I can do girly activities with :)
