4 bedroom 3 floor house available end of September

Looking for new tenants to share this house with. It's clean but has a few scruffs to the carpet etc however I am clean and tidy.

All rooms are big-ish, except the downstairs room which is why it is 180. Good for someone saving, or who is never in. All rooms are clean and furnished and sound proof to be fair.

2 shared bathrooms, and loads of space!

I work as a cocktail bartender, I BMX occasionally, go to gigs or art events - pretty easy going and everyone gets on with me. Looking for for 3 new housemates as two are moving closer to town and the other back home.

Only looking for native British people or Western European unless if your English is fluent.
