Room to Rent, the Rebbricks in Hulme.
My Lodger of 2 yrs is moving out in Oct and I’m looking for a quiet clean professional (Mature, MA and PHD Students are welcome) to move in Early November.
It’s a 2 bedroom, 1st floor flat with a live-in landlord and a cat. It’s a relaxed, clean and quiet flat and building.
It's a good-sized double room with ample storage, shelving, desk/study area; the room is wired for Internet, double bed and memory foam mattress.
Rent is £380 per month (deposit £250) includes all bills except any landline usage.
The flat is in the Redbricks in Hulme. Close to the new Man Met Birley Campus. It's a nice green area with easy bus access to town, Trafford Centre, Chorlton, and Universities and Fallowfield (term time only). Deansgate tram and train station, and Oxford Rd. Station are in easy walking distance (10-15min).

There is a lot of local amenities within walking distance; Post office, cash machine, Co-op/Sainsburys, take aways, Hulme Asda and Market, HOME, AMC, Hulme park and community gardens.
the flat is nicely laid out with comfortable dining and living room area, kitchen and bathroom are both compact. There is also good-sized balcony. There are only two other flats in the building. Both with nice tennents.
The flat is equipped with most things you’d expect, except a tumble dryer.
The landlord does most of cleaning. Although, keeping the kitchen and bathroom reasonably tidy is shared.
Professionals only (Mature, MA and Phd students maybe considered)
The room will be available to view, during the day, on 29th and 30th Oct (Sat and Sun coming)
