We are two final year PhD students looking for a flatmate as our previous flatmate returned to Spain. We are looking for a relaxed, clean and nice person/s.
The room is a double room with its own shower room, containing shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is a communal living room with sofas, tv, dining table and balcony. The kitchen contains a washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and is located approximately 15 minutes walk from Deansgate train station. The 256 bus to Piccadilly stops almost directly outside the building. ALDI and ASDA are about 20 minutes walk away. There is underground parking in the building.
The rent is 325 per month, this includes electricity. Other bills tend to be 50 per month for the whole flat.
