En Suite Room To Rent Castlefield

I am a Primary School Teacher currently living in a gorgeous flat in the Base apartments in Castlefield. It's very spacious, quiet and suitable for a young professional. My current flat mate is moving out at the end of August and so I have an ensuite double room available to rent as of 1st September (at a very reasonable rent price- we are lucky with the size of the flat!) I have lived here 2 years and want to continue as I love it! I've had no problems, it's lovely and perfect for someone else to move in.

We live a 5 minute walk from the city centre/ dukes/ Alberts shed/ the wharf. Perfect location for everything.

I'm not a massive party animal as my jobs quite demanding I like to make the most of my weekends! My week nights are usually quiet as I have a busy job and like relaxing. Enjoy going out now and then, would like someone who is clean and tidy... And who is respectful and considerate.

We pay water and electric bills quarterly (reasonable)
Council tax- £63 each pm
Internet £9 each pm
Additional to rent which is £438

We would have to pop into the estate agents to draw up a 6th month contract as of 1/09/2015. It is rolling after that.
