Hi, I am a PhD student living in a flat with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen-living room, and a small balcony. The building is behind Manchester Business School and has parking spaces (but that would cost extra - don't know how much). The rent is £420 per month, including the bills. However if you are not a student you would also have to pay council tax, which would be around another £100.
I am looking for a flatmate, preferably another PhD or Masters student, who can stay for at least one year and who is social, clean, and shares some of my interests.
