I will have a spare small double bed room with great garden view to rent out from 01/09/2019.

It is a three bed room house. One living, one dinning, one big garden, one bath (shared by two people), and a toilet at the ground floor. Very good condition, clean, tidy and bright.

The location is great, just nearby Stretford road with very good transport access. Only 1 or 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop. Around 10 minutes to city centre by a bus.

The room rent is £310 per month; Deposit is a month's rent.

The estimated bills per person per month are £90 more or less (subject to the actual usage by 3 people). Bills are to be shared: broadband; TV license, water, gas, electricity & council tax;

Therefore you will need to prepare in mind of £400 totally each month;

I work with a property company. Another girl works with a law firm. We are quiet, tidy and clean. You will be very welcome if you are similar and work at normal office hours. Really sorry, party animal won't be a good fit here. If you are looking for somewhere nice and comfy to relax after work, this house will be ideal.

I will be appreciated if you could introduce a bit of yourself. such as where you are from, where do you work, When do you want to move in and how long potentially will you plan to stay ect. This would save both of us time to communicate(you can see detail on my advertisement). Due to someone more mature is preferred, If you don't mind, would be good to know your age range.
