New Flatmate Wanted! Very Central Manchester!

Won't find a better location for an apartment in Manchester! My current flatmate is moving out when the tenancy ends (End of July) due to a change in work situation. I'd love to stay here for at least another year as it's such a cracking location and apartment within The Ropeworks development.

It's literally right over the road from Deansgate Locks and a short stroll away from Spinningfields etc- so drinks and food out is really easy. Also over the road to the side is the new Home entertainment/theatre complex, along with new restaurants/bars and a Sainsburys local.

Deansgate and Oxford Road train stations are both really close if required for travel.

I'm a pretty normal (ha!) lad, work Monday-Friday normal hours, keen hockey player so during the season I train twice a week for that and play on Saturdays so a fair bit of the time the place is empty if that's a good or bad thing! Other than that, enjoy nights out/drinks/food/staying in/chilling etc etczzz. Like to keep the place tidy and clean as much as possible. We currently have Sky with all channels (due to a great deal..), and broadband. Council tax and other bills just split between us. Happy to share with either a boy or girl- confident I'll get on with pretty much anybody to be honest..

Apartment comes completely furnished and has a dishwasher- absolute life saver. Bathroom has a huge walk in shower and separate bath. Bedroom available has double bed, bedside table/draw, large wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. Storage available under the bed aswell! It's properly managed by Reeds Rains so any issues I just go to them with and they're normally pretty good at sorting stuff out if needed.
