I'm Mike and I have a small double room for rent in Hulme in a well maintained house.

I'm tidy and easy to get along with and am looking for similar. My house is on a quiet-ish road and I'm fortunate enough to live opposite a 19th century church and buildings, rather than houses!

In a good central location, the house is a 5 minute walk from Asda and the newly refurbished leisure centre, and a few mins walk to the 85 and 86 bus routes into town and south Manchester. Alternatively, it's a 20-25 minute walk or a 10 minute drive into the city centre.

The monthly rent is £495 and inclusive of all bills, (broadband, TV licence, Council Tax and all utilities). I have an HD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is secured parking to the rear of the property if you have a car. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine. The house has 1 reception room and a garden, which is great for chilling in the summer after a long day or summer BBQs!

I'd like you to feel at home and you should treat the house as your home. Although not essential, it would be great if you liked a glass of wine, a beer and a chat from time to time.
