Double bedroom in Life Building

One large double bedroom available now in a top floor 3 bedrooms apartment in the LIFE BUILDING in Hulme.
The apartment has a massive lounge/kitchen that looks on to the balcony.
The kitchen consists of - two fridges, one built in and one large separate, dishwasher, fan oven with electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, six person dining table and benches.
The living room has a three and two seater cream fabric sofa and a red leather arm chair, 40 inch flat screen tv with a FireStick connected to run Netflix, NowTV and Amazon Prime.
The bathroom is shared between you and Laura and it consists of a white suite with a bath.
The bedroom is large and furnished, with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table.

About me:

James -
I'm 27, recently graduated and I decided to keep my apartment on and stay in Manchester.
Ideally I'm looking for someone who will be more than just a flatmate and turn in to good friend, I like to be quite social on a weekend and up for movie and games nights.
I'm pretty easy going in nearly everything but will need the person who moves in to be clean, conscientious, respectful and a good personality.
Smoking is ok but only on the balcony.

Laura -
She's 22 and works at a helpline for homeless young people. She loves music, gigs and brunch!

Pookie & Bella -
They're our cats, Pookie is 3 years old, she's a bit shy and likes her comfort, and Bella is nearly 3 years old as well, she's very cuddly and likes to play with us from time to time. Both clean and quiet :)

The bills are on top of the rent, coming to around £70-80pp (Council Tax, Internet, Water and Electricity).

There's a bus directly opposite the building, it gets you everywhere (including city centre) in just 10 minutes.
