Room to rent in spacious flat just off Deansgate

Looking for a sociable and easygoing housemate.

Th room is a good size and happy to put a desk in if needed. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself. The flat is pretty spacious and well kitted out. It’s right off Deansgate so close to all the bars and restaurants when they open up soon. There’s a small gym in the building with sauna and steam room you can use.

I’m working from home at the moment but will be back in the office most of the time come May so shouldn’t be a problem if you’re working from home too.

Rent is £535 plus bills which come out at £160 at the moment.

If you need parking, I have an underground parking space in the building for an extra £100 per month.
