I have a room in house . It suitable for a more mature student .
I prefer someone quite and considerate. This doesn't mean that I'm boring . Its because I have a busy schedule and sometime I'm up at 6 in the morning. The room is walking distance to the university.
I'm looking for Female . Vegetarian would be a bonus.
I consider short term but if less then 3 months the rent will be a little more expensive .
I get a lot of interest because of where the house is situated so only apply if you think the room will suite .
