City Centre double with parking

I am looking for a flatmate to live in the second double room as my current flatmate is moving out.
The rent is 975 pcm split so 487.5 with bills totalling around another 100 a month. Ideally able to start contract on 15 August 2020 but could be earlier in Aug up till 1 September (flatmate moving out is flexible so we could work this out).
The flat is in the Rhine builiding minutes from Deansgate station, the HOME complex and across from a Sainsburys (not in Hulme like the ad suggests!) You will have a lovely double room with complete use of the main bathroom. There is a really large kitchen/diner/lounge too with a balcony and also complete use of the parking space too.
I am 28, professional working in the city. Love eating /going out but equally staying in with a glass of wine too! Message me to chat :)
