The house is on a quiet road with free parking on the front, but private own parking bay is available at the back of the house, which is ideal if you have a car and at no extra cost.
There are 2 floors and one bathroom upstairs. There is also a patio ideal for socializing that can be used for BBQ’s or growing your own plants/flowers and herbs.
The house has all the essential appliances: a TV, wifi broadband, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Warm house and you will be sharing with Tina, a nice friendly artist minded girl from Spain :)

- 15 - 20 min from Manchester City centre.
- Well connected by bus 250, X50, 53 (bus stop is 3 minutes walk) and also tram Trafford Bar stop nearby.
- 15 min walk to big ASDA, KFC, Hulme Local Market + Co op, Off license and ALDI supermarket nearby.
